The SoC includes: C-NIT processor SDRAM controller Cache controller to interface SDRAM to the CPU. Keyboard controller. 7 segment display driver. LCD interface. The complete sources and the FPGAProto board is available from http://www.c-nit.net/ Features small footprint (33% of 100K Spartan-II). Can execute programs from external sdram. Status Done for XSA board. Need to add LCD controller (4 bit interface) for the FPGAProto board.
