    I know this that Marvell and MAI works and want to design a chipset for
    ppc970 but the idea is to do low cost system - stb or as another
    discusion partner say DMB - digital media box.

    we want to integrate in the box a HW MPEG2/MPEG4 decoder and this is
    the ground to use ppc750 - it's only for add. function as control a WIFI
    or Ethernet for media straming in house, TV program controll and you
    have add Linux System in house - you can make with them what you
    want ;) - this is the idea , not a high end system
