Subject: [usb] USB requests
Hi,

According to the USB specifactions, USB reuqests are interpreted as LSB
to MSB bytes. My query is for any setup request received such as get
descriptor wvalue field will be interpreted as lower byte received first ,
which is descriptor index and then higher byte, which is descriptor type?
