    You can find the description of some of those ports in usb1_core.v
    between lines 96-108 (these are comments). For further explaination of
    wIndex and wValue, you can look at section 9.3 of the USB 2.0 spec.
    These two ports have different meanings for different device requests.
    You will find details in the spec.
