Subject: [usb] USB1.1 connection
A full speed device pulls up D+. However, it must either be sourced by Vusb
or gated by Vusb since the spec doesn't allow you to source current on the
bus in the absence of Vusb. I would also bypass the Vusb with a 0.1uF cap
in addition to the 1.5uF cap.
