Subject: [usb] UTMI / PHY help please
hello all,

i'm rewriting the utmi if so that it can interface to a philips isp 1501 PHY.
so far so good, but i stumbled across something i cannot understand in
the linestate/ speed negotiation block:
when the utmi is in reset state, the transceiver is set into hs mode so
that it can detect the highspeed handshaking.
However, the termination of the PHY is set to full speed?
can somebody explain to me why?
