Subject: [usb] USB Driver !!!
this looks good, am not restricted to windows, I can do it on linux, do I have to use Java API's for this ? or is there any recommended website for this ?

I don't know if it is possible to access USB endpoints direct in
Windows. This is a easy task in linux using the usblibs and a userspace
programm.
