Rudi helped me out with this. I'm using the exact transceiver 
(PDIUSBP11A) as you so here you go.

The connections are as follow:
OE  <-> txoe
VMO <-> txdn
VPO <-> txdp
RCV <-> rxd
VM  <-> rxdn
VP  <-> rxdp
