    Just looked at it right now. That looks like a complete
    solution, a USB 2.0 interface (Including PHY and SEI)
    and a small micro controller. This will probably shorten
    your development time overall for the project you described
    if the cypress chip can interface to your hardware.
    
    I think my USB 2.0 IP Core will be most useful for people
    who either have very special needs, or are are making an
    ASIC. You will always need a dedicated USB 2.0 PHY with it.
    Either as an external chip, or as an IP Core. SMCS GT3200
    is a good example: You can buy it as a chip for prototyping
    and then license the IP Macrocell to include in the final
    ASIC.
