Let me know what you decide to do, I might be interested
in a few of these HS PHY daughter PCBs as well. I have an
old Xess board, I'm sure I can create some sort of a cable
between your PCB and it's IOs.

Ohh, depends on soooo many things ... there was good chart
in the USB 2 spec that gave a good summary.
