Subject: [usb] function to get a handle

Hello,

1) Does anybody know where I can find a generic function which allows to get a handle on a device with a PID and VID given. 
I know that there is the "FindTheHid" function but I am not working in HID.

2) Do I need to get a handle for each endpoint ?
