    Subject: [usb] USB Core Update
    Top

I have updated the USB Core specification and depository:

    1) Specification Changes

    - Added USB device control flow charts
    - Gave Names to Endpoint Registers
    - Added Interrupt Section
    - Added Suspend & Resume Section
    - Added Appendix C: USB Core Structure
    - Made various grammar and syntax corrections

The latest spec can be downloaded from:
    http://www.opencores.org/cores/usb/usb_doc.pdf

    2) Source Depository
    - Added a block that deals with USB control signaling
      (Speed Negotiation, Suspend/Resume, Reset)
    - Changed the revision numbers of all files to start at 1.0
It appears it was impossible to download the sources because
      the initial revision was 0.1.

Easiest way to get a snapshot of the current release is to go to:
    http://www.opencores.org/cvsmodule..shtml

Type in "USB" (without the quotes) for module name, and you should
    get the entire source code.

This is still a development release - use it at your own risk !

    Cheers,
    rudi
