Subject: [pci] removing the pci_wb_slave_unit from Target only Core

Im using the core as target only what if i remove the instance of
pci_wb_slave_unit from pci_bridge32.v? removing the instance of
pci_wb_slave_unit frees some logic. Do you think it is safe to remove
the slave unit if we r using the Core as Target only???
