Subject: [pci] Webpack 5.2 Project file

Hallo,

please find appended a Webpack-5.2 project file for the crt application
demo. The provided UCF file is for the Memec Spartan-II PCI board, with a
custom made plug-in for the R2R network and VGA connector. The design files
are eagle files, and the position of the VGAS connector needs rework, so I
will provide the design files in their present state only on individual
request.

Webpack 5.2 now handles multilpe include/search pathes and so the project
can reside in a directory of it's one.
