Subject: [pci] Standard On-Chip Interface

Hi,

1) I need a couple of arguments WHY it does make any sense at all to 
use I2S as a standard on-chip interface.

2) Which on-chip interfaces are standard? I am thinking of AMBA, for 
instance. Are there any others?
