Subject: [oc] Simple functional Model for serial_divider_uu
Hello,

apended test bench contains a simulation model for the serial divider
supplied in the serial_div_uu project. It show now deviation with
serial_divide_uu.v changed according to the hints in the bug report and
shows deviations with the original file.

Feel free to provide it with the project. Hope it is usefull.
