    Hello Robin,
    | Can anyone sugguest me any material that explains the issues of
    | superscalar? How to implement a superscalar processor? Or anything
    | good for learning superscalar. Thank you very much.

You will find a great number of papers on various aspects of superscalar
design out at ieee, http://citeseer.ist.psu.edu/, and
    http://liinwww.ira.uka.de/bibliography/index.html. A good textbook delving
into the subject is John Paul Shen's and Mikko Lipasti's "Modern Processor
Design" readily available from amazon.com or your favorite textbook vendor.
