Subject: [oc] GDSII or Oasis files for physical image verification?
Please excuse me if this is the incorrect forum. But I am hunting
design layouts to test and verify the final stages of our software.
We have full chip optical and resist design rule checker code based on
physical simulations of the photolithography process and want to
throughly test and verify. We need designs that can be publically
demonstrated and openly discussed in an open environment. I would
appreciate any information regarding these databases.
