Subject: [oc] IP core compiler with Quartus

Hello, i have a basic question about the IP core and the compiler.  Is 
there any tutorial to know how to compile the projects with Quartus?  I 
downloaded OpenRisc 1200 and there is many verilog files.  I would like 
to know how to build a block diagram.
