AFAIK there are no soft 922T-cores available (from Altera or otherwise).
However Altera has a hard 922T core in their Excalibur devices. Excalibur is
based on the APEX 20KE family of devices.
Also, rumours have it that there might be some interesting changes to the Nios
architecture coming pretty soon. I wouldn't be surprised if there are
MMU-support in the very near future.
