Subject: [oc] FFR16 (First File Reader 16) Core - UPDATED

Hello,

Added to the project a testbench and a functional compact flash model (only 
ATAPI read command and FAT16 raw dump file support). Two files associated 
(one the file stored into the FAT volume and the other the binary image of 
the device) have been included as examples.
