             You can go to the following link
    http://www.anslab.co.kr/ then go 'Solutions' link
    
    It'll have Ans MP3 Decoder , it's modeled with SystemC
     and Win32 MM Library to make a Vitual Hardware MP3
     decoder. You can actually run MP3s with it.
